WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If it's not in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
Still not found it? DM or email us at heyitsmomo0@gmail.com with the subject line: NO ORDER CONFIRMATION.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship out goodies within 72 hours (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays) after your purchase.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Japan: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–14 business days (may vary by region)

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Contact heyitsmomo0@gmail.com with subject line EDIT ADDRESS - (Order #).
Include your name, order number, and the new address.
Address changes can only be made before the order is fulfilled.
CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE I ORDERED?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify sizes after purchase. Please double-check your selection before checking out.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We offer worldwide shipping, except for the following restricted or currently unavailable regions:
- Russia (temporarily suspended)
- Iran, Syria, North Korea, Sudan, Cuba (due to international restrictions)
- Indonesia (some items restricted due to import laws)
- Bahrain, Chile (selected items may not ship)

I CAN’T TRACK MY PACKAGE. WHY?
Online tracking may not be available in certain regions (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand).
If you need help, please contact customer service.
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT.
Check with anyone you live with or nearby neighbors.
Also, contact the courier as soon as possible to report the issue.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER?
You may return items within 14 days of delivery if they are in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

We will provide instructions and a return address. We do not offer return shipping labels.

- Jewelry
- Underwear
- Shapewear
- Swimwear
- Socks or tights
- Final sale/clearance items
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
Refunds take approx. 5–10 business days to appear in your bank. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
