Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is proven faulty or incorrect upon arrival. Please note that our manufacturing team provides photos of each item before it is shipped. Any false claims of receiving an incorrect or damaged item will be investigated seriously.

Please make sure to carefully check sizing, color, and product details before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Period:
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
